      Bug Description:

      Certificate warning dialog show that a certificate is expired when it is not


      Steps to Reproduce (be specific):

      Launch the application.

      https://www.ocie.net/OcieDemo/JViewer/webstart.html

      Click on the "Login to the OCIE Viewer" link

      Explore the certificate details. You will see that the earliest expiration in the chain is in 2013, but the expiration warning shows anyway.

      P1.png shows the expiration warning
      P2.png shows other warnings, but does NOT show the expiration warning
      P3.png, P4,png, P5.png shows that the certificate chain is not expired.
