Steps to reproduced:
1 Install 7u10 b15
2 Open JCP, make sure there is a security slider in JCP-Security. See attach 7u10-before-install-7u2.png
3 Install 7u2
4 Open JCP, if the security slider is disappeared under JCP-Security, then this bug is reproduced. See attach 7u10-after-install-7u2.png

Note:
with jre8, if we install jre8 firstly and then install 7u2, the security slider will exist. See attach
jre8-before-install-7u2.png
