Update button on sandbox app warning dialogs should point to java.com/download

      Description

        When one of the sandbox app warning dialogs appears, it may have an Update button if the version of the JRE is old/insecure (example attached). The update button currently opens a browser window to java.com. Instead it should open java.com/download.
