    Description

On x64 XP, uninstalling 7u10 does not remove javacpl.cpl from the /system32 or /SysWOW64
That will leave broken java control panel in windows control panel

      *** Tested Configuration:
      - x64 XP(sp2)
      - jre 7u10-b16

      *** Steps to reproduce:
      0) Uninstall all JREs from the system
      1) Make sure related java registries clean
      2) Install 64-bit jre 7u10-b16
      3) Uninstall 64-bit jre 7u10-b16

If you see javacpl.cpl remains under /system32, the issue is reproducible. The same issue occurred with 32-bit jre as well. As the result, broken java control panel can be found under windows control panel
