Java version:
  7u10 b15 and b16.

When remove jars from java cache in java control panel and then try to launch the application it is redirected to http://java.com/en/download/

On further investigation and found that when remove jars from java cache a new folder named DeploymentProperties is created in registry under

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft

If delete this folder from registry again the application is working as expected.

Note that we didn’t find this issue with b12.
