Having a problem of corrupt Java on server. The problem occurs after a reboot for a microsoft patch. The update to Java 7u7 for 3 weeks. But application would restart every day after an update.

Think the following occur:

· The update can't delete all files because some files are locked.
· The files will be mark to delete on next reboot.
· After the update all is working also if some files are outdated.
· After a reboot the OS delete the files
· The JVM is corrupt.

Have copy the folder of the Java VM before uninstalling. You can download it at http://www.file-upload.net/download-4818777/CorruptJVM.zip.html You will see that some files are missing.
