Name of the applet: BlueCoat Proxy (embedded Java appliance http://www.bluecoat.com/products/proxysg)

Bug description: When using Java 7 the applet fails to launch with no specific error. The
java console does record something, however I've since removed Java7 and
use Java6u35 as I needed to work.

Steps to reproduce:
Go to https://proxy-usht:8082 (this is our internal address for a proxy SG
300 appliance from BlueCoat)
We get prompted with an untrusted certificate do we wish to proceed -->
yes.
One more warning about installing the application from BlueCoat --> yes.
Nothing else happens. Applet appears to not launch.
