build-infra: Error 12 from zip when updating src.zip

      Often on rebuilds, this error occurs:

      make[3]: *** [/localhome/mercurial/build-infra-jdk8-closed/build/linux-x86_64-normal-server-release/images/src.zip] Error 12

      It seems to happen when zip is trying to update src.zip.
