The introduction of Wix made our DS build time for JRE-only go from 30 min to over 60 min. This is due to building the 11 msi's for the l10n transforms. Apparently somehow Installshield did this faster. There are other ways we can avoid this, but there is a quick fix we can do to undo this growth in build time. We should allow an English-only build option. This should cut the build time by at least 1/3rd, and will be a huge win for the current DS tool, as well as the future DS infrastructure.
