Install JDK8 b64 on Windows platforms (e.g XP, 8), on the dialog of destination folder for JRE, "Browse to the new destination folder" is not displayed correctly. Please refer to the screen shot.

font information in the below line in ws/install/make/installer/bundles/windows/ishield/jre/jre.xml file looks different from others. (I feel {TahomaBold10} should be {&TahomaBold10}, if others works fine.
