Long GC Pause Times When Opening Large Flight Recording in JMC

      Opening a large (~150MB unzipped) flight recording in JMC causes inordinately long pause times when using the standard GC (Parallel Scavenge), with maximum pause times around 6-7 seconds during a 40 second timespan.

      In total this means that the time it takes to open that flight recording is around 40 seconds with parallel scavenge. Using CMS the equivalent time is around 14 seconds.
