Uninstall Applet - High Contrast Mode is not supported

      Using the mouse agreed to the terms.
      Noticed that the Uninstall Applet is not adopting the Hight Contrast Theme set and coming from the OS. Applet is using specific look and feel in the code not the system look and feel.
