Remove Mangler in favor of Dynalink's NameCodec

Dynalink's NameCodec implements the name encoding scheme described in John Rose's "Symbolic Freedom in the VM" article; it is adequate for the name encoding needs, and Nashorn doesn't need a separate "mangler".
