build-infra: Bundle up the correct images in jprt

The jprt bundles target currently zips up the full images for solaris 64bit instead of overlay images. We would like to use full images instead of overlay, but unfortunately not all tests are compatible with this at the moment. We need to change the target so that the overlay images are used instead.
