(process) Clean-up java.lang.ProcessImpl.finalize, does not need to be public

This is a report of FindBugs in Aurora-recognizable format. If you decide to close this [non-]issue, please add a comment and reassign it to me instead: I'll put it in the attic of another (INTJDK) project.

In the src/windows/classes/java/lang/ProcessImpl.java, it seems, there is a public finalize().
A pattern in FindBugs duly reports that finalize() must be protected. Please decide!
