nashorn jsr223 engine does not work in sandbox

nashorn jsr223 engine does not get initialized properly when running under security manager. Without fixing this, applets and other sandbox clients won't be able to use nashorn script engine. Also due to JSAdapter initiallization and other issues in init.js, jrunscript can not run with nashorn under security manager.
