7u10 Sandbox App Security Warning Dialogs need to be always on top

    Description

      The new 7u10 Sandbox app security warning dialogs can be easily hidden behind the browser window. They should be implemented the same way as our certificate security warning dialogs which are set to be always on top.

      If the dialog falls behind the browser window, there is no way for the user to give the app on the page permission to run.
