On user profile win7 x64, Standard User (UAC off) Java has different behavior:

Scenario with jdk 6u39b04 x64
1. I try to install jdk 6u39 x64
2. warning dialog appear (see attachment 6u39b04_warnDialog_for_StdUsr.jpg).
3. After this I click OK and click Finish in next dialog and see strange dialog with Internal error (see 6u39b04_warnDialog_for_StdUsr_2.jpg)

Scenario with jdk 6u39b04 x86
Step 1-3 see jdk x64 (try to install jdk x86)
4. Click OK and see Programm Compatibilility Assistant (see attach)

Scenario with jre 6u39b04 x64
1. I try to install jre 6u39 x64
2. nothing happens

Scenario with jre 6u39b04 x86
1. I try to install jre 6u39 x86
2. Appear installation dialog
3. Click Install (or click Cancel and OK) and appear Programm Compatibilility Assistant (see attach)
