      Under Windows XP uninstallation takes about 2 minutes

      E.g. I tried uninstall jre-7u7-fcs-bin-b10-windows-i586-28_aug_2012.exe. Actually uninstallation by the command:
      JavaScrub-NoAdmin.exe -removeX 1.7.0_10:32

      passes in 5 seconds
