Currently, ReferenceTree simply gives access to the (string) signature of the reference. It would be good to be able to get a more detailed representation of the signature, such as an ExpressionTree.

Maybe this should be provided as a method on the DocTrees API, since (Doc)Trees is where we provide methods to move between different domains.
