Make sure that we can run basic jsr223 tests using jtreg

We have been running tests using ant+ testng directly. But in jdk world, we should be able to run tests under jtreg. At this point, at least basic jsr223 tests should run under jtreg. Make minimal changes to ScriptEngineTest.java and MultipleEngineTest.java to run these under jtreg,
