Issue in com.sun.org.apache.xml.internal.serializer.Encodings causes some JCK tests to fail intermittently

        I am observing that these two JCK tests sometimes fail with JDK 8:

        FAILED: api/xsl/conf/output/output26.html#output26
        FAILED: api/xsl/conf/output/output86.html#output86

        The failure is not systematic. I believe that the problem is in com.sun.org.apache.xml.internal.serializer.Encodings which sometimes does not recognizes the Charset used by the tests.
