      Roteted text is drawn to the opposite direction on Mac OS X

      To reproduce the problem:
      - Save a text program "RotatedStringFrame.java" attached
      - Run it on Mac OS X (tested on 10.7) with Sun JDK7 (tested with 7u14)
      - Compare the output with the one on Windows env.

      This is a regression bug from old Mac Java.
