1.This test case applies to Windows and Mac only.
2.Login as Admin on a clean system
3.Install TEST JRE, Disable Java in JCP. Then uninstall it.
4.Install TEST JRE via command line installer, provide no args.
5.After installation, open JCP, check Java is still disabled.
