This bug is for tracking purposes, and really needs a discussion as to whether the published javadoc for the JDK-specific APIs should indicate the profile that each of these APIs is included in. At the moment it seems that all of the JDK-specific APIs (JDI, Attach API, JAAS, ...) have ended up with an "All Profiles" and some of these don't make sense (tool APIs in particular)
