Reduce space ovehead in core reflection introduced with type annotations

      As part of the work on core reflection for type annotations an additional field was added to j.l.reflect.Field, Method and Constructor to store the raw bytes for type annotations.

      This field should be consolidated with the previous field for storing the raw byes for regular annotations.
