default font name and size for JEditorPane, JLabel and JToolTip are differ for some LAFs

      See attached test JToolTipHtmlTextTest.java (compile and run). The test display JToolTip (at the top) and JEditorPane (at the bottom) with html content. These components look the same in the Nimbus LAF, but look different in the Windows, Metal, Motif and Aqua LAFs (see attached screenshots).

      Tested with different builds jdk7 (7b148, 7u21b04), jdk6 (6u41b01) - not a regression.
