Error messages are missing a space

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
in src/share/classes/java/util/logging/Logging.java, line 90 (the IllegalArgumentException if the logger is null) the error message is missing a space before " does not exist " .


REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
