        A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
        Poland is a " Republic of Poland " , not (like in comment in LocaleISOData:405) " Polish People's Republic " . Polish People's Republic ends in year 1989. From 1989 Poland is Republic of Poland.

          Bug first seen in Oracle JDK6, now in Oracle JDK7 still exists.
