removed workaround "init.js" in nashorn repo

There is a "workarond" init.js for jrunscript tool in nashorn repo. This is because of issues with 'init.js' in jdk repo. See also JDK-8010136. Since these have been addressed (init.js changes checked into jdk8-tl), we should remove init.js in nashorn repo.
