there is an update tab in the JCP for JDK 6 and 7.

I am finding that after installing
JRE 6.0_43
JRE 7.0_17
from
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html

the update tab no longer exists in the JCP for either version

This effectively makes this doc obsolete

Steps to reproduce

1) install either
JRE 6.0_43
JRE 7.0_17

2) open JCP from the contol panel

3) observe the update tab is no longer there.

I have done my test on W7 machine
