There should be a link to the FAQ that describes the tool and answers key questions about it. This link should open to a new tab/page so that the user doesn't lose their place in the applet. The FAQ is currently staged here: http://star-wip.sfbay.sun.com:88/en/download/faq/uninstaller_toolinfo.xml
