Bug description reported by a user:

"Install program gave me a check box OPTION to have or not have the program restart my browser. I UNCHECKED so that it would not. When it finished, my browser was restarted anyway. If you're going to provide an option, then PAY ATTENTION when we exercise it. You deleted 45 minutes of work because of that. This isn't about the version of Java. This is about your malicious install program."
