Bug description:
Cannot upload images/invoices to safeguard's vendor web/net

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch image uploader from Safeguard's Vendor Web/Net for detailing invoices.
2. Load, and when it does, click the "Upload" Button but it doesn't do anything.
3. This was working previously on the old form of Java I had installed.
4. I do not know how to get back to the version I used to have, but I am unable to update invoices/make money with this issue. I should never have updated.
I don't know which number it was! whatever the heck was on here before i updated 1 hour ago.

This may be a regression from Apple's Java 6 to Oracle's Java 7.
