Remove unused, obsolete ObjectFactory classes

      Description

        Some ObjectFactory classes with limited package visibility are not used in their own package and should be removed.

        These two classes:

        src/com/sun/org/apache/xerces/internal/xinclude/ObjectFactory.java
        src/com/sun/org/apache/xml/internal/serialize/ObjectFactory.java

        do not appear to be used anymore.
