The java -version is used to determine some VM properties is executed during testing.

I java -vresion <tested options -XX:+> don't work then it cause serious environment issues and break testing.

It is needed to add corresponding tests in jtreg and make sure that they pass in JPRT before changes are pushed in group repositories.
