In class use, some tables are randomly unsorted

I was compring two sets of docs for equality. There was an unexpected difference, in the page "Uses of Class ..." for the table "Packages with annotations of type ...."

Neither list is alpha sorted, and neither list is equal. I suspect hash map order or similar problem.
