AWT Choice implementation should be made consistent across platforms.

    Description

      After the series of fixes for windows (JDK-6770017 , JDK-7171412 , JDK-8002045) awt Choice does not fire changed event in case the same option is selected. So, now all other platforms should also be changed for consistency.
