Round-trip scenarios with call originating from signed applet used to work fine ,though mixed code dialog is shown to end users , but these scenarios are broken with 7u25

Steps to reproduce:

1) Install 7u25

2) Accept security warning dialog
After accepting security warning with 7u21 we used to see mixed code warning dialog but that's not happening any more
Instead applet fails to load and no mixed code warning is shown
