[TEST_BUG] frames didn't closed after execution some awt/dnd/ tests

        on windows platform after execution some dnd tests via Aurora java processes and frames remain, Aurora jobs hang due this and it also can affect other tests (cause the failure)
         
        the issue can't be reproduced on manual rerun

        test names:
        java/awt/dnd/NoFormatsCrashTest/NoFormatsCrashTest.html
        java/awt/dnd/DragInterceptorAppletTest/DragInterceptorAppletTest.html

        closed/java/awt/dnd/DragInterceptorAppletTest/DragInterceptorAppletTest.html
        closed/java/awt/dnd/InterJVMGetDropSuccessTest/InterJVMGetDropSuccessTest.html


        test excluded from execution until this bug is not fixed
