setProtectionDomain0 in java/lang/Class should be removed in JDK and JVM

      The JVM function it calls in InstanceKlass has to be public when it should be private.

        1.
        		 Remove setProtectionDomain0 and JVM_SetProtectionDomain in JDK Sub-task Closed Eric Mccorkle  
        2.
        		 Remove JVM_SetProtectionDomain in Hotspot Sub-task Closed Eric Mccorkle
