      A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
      Is there any plan for a solution for FIPS 140-2 or PKCS11 support that would allow us to use 64-bit Java on a Windows 2008 system.

      JUSTIFICATION :
      Allow for Java applications to be FIPS 140-2 compliment on the Windows 2008 OS using a 64 bit JDK.
