Uninstall utility does not work

      Windows 7 Professional

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      Installed Java update - installer prompted me to launch uninstaller to find and remove old versions of Java. It's been running for 24+ hours and nothing is happening.


      REPRODUCIBILITY :
      This bug can be reproduced always.
