java/awt/dnd/DisposeFrameOnDragCrash/DisposeFrameOnDragTest.java failed with jdk8b86, jdk8b90, jdk7u25b13 on windows and passed on macosx

there is no bugid in the test (please add in this fix), test was added in jdk8b86 and there is no such test in jdk7u25b13


also some java process remain after failure; test will be excluded from execution to prevent aurora jobs hang
