In JDK8-8011653 - Upgrade JDK8 to JAXP 1.5, the default values of the JAXP 1.5 properties were set to restrict external connections. The impact to compatibility looks like is too great as it has already broken NetBeans, SpecJBB, JaxWS even when the patch was in integration repository. The default restriction shall be removed.
