Windows native print dialog does not reflect default printer settings

On Windows bring up the Devices and Printers control and select
the Printing Preferences for your printer and change default
orientation from portrait to landscape.
Run any java printing app that displays the native print dialog
and go look to see what orientation is selected. It has not
picked up that default and ideally it should.
