A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Trying to use the online uninstall tool for the older version of Java on my computer, but it is saying that I do not have administor rights without even prompting me to enter my administrator rights into a pop up screen. Cannot be bipased and it won't allow me to use the tool. This action should not take me directly to the window saying I do not have admistrator rights as I do have administrator rights. Either create a pop-up that allows me to put in my administrator password or create a check box in that web page that allows me to tell Java that I do have administrator rights and then prompt me for a password, either way, that is not the correct way to program a web page to behave. http://java.com/en/download/uninstallapplet.jsp

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Go to the web page I provided (http://java.com/en/download/uninstallapplet.jsp) on a computer that is on a network that requires administrator rights, Agree to the terms and continue. It will then tell you that you need administrator priveleges to continue. This is where it should give you the option of telling it that you are an administrator, not just disallow you to continue with the Uninstall tool. Bad programming.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
allow me to enter a password or make it so that it has a checkbox asking if you are an administrator and then allow me to enter my administrator password to continue with the uninstall tool.
ACTUAL -
freeze in action, will not allow me to continue with the online uninstall tool.

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
