8014326 [OSX] All libjvm symbols are exported
David Holmes request that I file an RFE for HotSpot to switch from
mapfile based symbol exports to explicit visibility attributes and
compiler flags.

Of course, this will require investigation as to whether all of the
compilers we support include support for explicit visibility attributes.
