JapaneseEra does not have a start date for Era SEIREKI

      Each JapaneseEra should have a start date.
      The following throws an NPE.

              JapaneseDate jd = JapaneseChronology.INSTANCE.dateYearDay(JapaneseEra.SEIREKI, 1, 1);
