[macosx] Printing problem using ja and zh_CN locales

Steps:
1. Run jdk demo SwingSet2.jar
2. open JTable demo
3. Print

Result:
In ja and zh_CN locales, only the page header and the header of the first column can be printed.

* This doesn't happen on en and de locales.
